Urban Engineering is recognized as a specialist in wastewater treatment plant design and rehabilitation. Our services generally begin with an analysis of the quality and characteristics of the wastewater stream. We design each plant to meet the particular needs of the client, which vary tremendously for industrial wastewater systems due to variations in discharge.

We design systems to recover and dispose of waste and render effluent capable of meeting standards set by the Texas Commission on Environmental Quality (formerly the Texas Natural Resource Conservation Commisission). We have considerable experience in designing wastewater treatment plants, including five of Corpus Christi’s six treatment facilities.
