Our Staff

The staff at Urban Engineering is made up of more than 40 engineers, engineers in training and technicians as well as general staff working in the company's accounting, risk management, purchasing and personnel departments.

The engineers and technicians who work for Urban Engineering do so due to the friendly work atmosphere, working relationships with clients, and because they know they'll be given as much opportunity and responsibility as possible. Engineers in training and new employees work under the supervision of senior engineers and quickly take on more responsibility as their knowledge and skills grow.

Our employees like the fact that they're trusted with important tasks and that the firm is large enough to provide them with the resources they need to do their jobs and yet small enough to allow them opportunities for growth.
