He earned a bachelor of science degree from Texas A&M College Station. He has been with the firm for 29 years and belongs to the American Society of Civil Engineers, the Buccaneer Commission, and the Padre Isles Property Owners Association. Chuck is an avid fisherman and enjoys hunting, golfing, barequeing, and quality time with his wife and daughter, Amy. He has been active in supporting the Nueces County A&M Club, Coastal Conservation Association and Saltwater-Fisheries Enhancement Association. |
